Experience
I work as a freelance English tutor in Amsterdam: my current clients are mostly adult professionals in business and finance, focusing on building vocabuIary and speaking confidence, and accent reduction. I have also taught several younger students (ages 6-12) beginning piano; and taught the basics of Italic handwriting in private lessons. In addition, I have coached and given masterclasses in harpsichord and performance practice. I enjoy teaching - it is a way of communicating the immense excitement and enthusiasm I have for interesting topics. There are few greater pleasures than one has inspired a new interest, or helped someone who shares your interest.
