My methodology is the flipped-classroom: instead of having a pre-planned rigid lesson structure, I base all my lessons on questions and problems raised by the student. This puts the student in an active learning position. Based on questions, I curate online material (videos, blog posts, book chapters) and I make a list of exercises about the content. This will be available online so that the student can work through at their own pace. During our in-person time, I will focus on the problems that the student had during their preparation. I strongly believe that this simple structure of 'Learning by asking questions' is the most powerful way that a student can understand any content.
