I have a Masters degree from the London School of Economics in Social Research and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from the University of Hawaii. My GPA in my undergraduate was 3.9 (US grade) My grade on my Masters was a Merit (UK grade). My dissertation grade was a Distinction (UK grade)
Experience
I have 6 years of tutoring experience both online and in-person! I My experience mainly lies in math, but I also enjoy tutoring english as well. I have experience in all levels of math up to Calculus 2 and test preparation experience, including the SAT, AP, and ACT. English experience in elementary and middle school. Knowledge of IB school curriculum too! I love working with students of all ages. I strive to get all students to gain confidence and self-esteem during my session. I think this allows for a better learning environment and creates a place where students can problem solve and critically think about different concepts! I create engaged lessons, activities, and games so students are able to learn each concept or idea in an interactive and different way!
